I just installed Notes 8 Beta 3 Client and it takes three minutes to launch, sometimes does not launch at all or will not launch unless I open the admin client first. I installed it over a Notes R7.0.1 Full Client (Notes/Admin/Designer). I installed all features including Productivity Tools and Composite Applications. Adjusting Productivity Tools as suggested in another post, did not improve the slow performance. Any suggestions are appreciated. (Once into Notes...I get great performance.)
